Upload looks stuck

Most stuck uploads are caused by a flaky network or a browser tab being throttled.
Try
- Keep the tab focused (mobile and some desktops slow down background tabs).
- Switch to a different Wi-Fi / disable a VPN.
- Refresh the page and pick the files again. Partial uploads are auto-cleaned on the server.
