Emails recipients receive

Recipients may get up to three styled emails for a single share:

• Access invited — when they're added to an Authenticated share's access list. Includes the sender, file info, and the download link.
• New-user invite — same as above but with a "create your account" prompt, if they're not yet on Aldoo.
• Link sent — when you use the Send the link panel after a share is created. Includes your optional message.

Who the email is "from"

If you have a real name on your profile, recipients see "Your Name (you@email)". Default profile names show just the email.
