Real-time notifications when files arrive

While you're signed in to Aldoo Transfer, files arrive in real time — you don't need to refresh anything.

What you'll notice

• A small notification slides in from the top of the screen, telling you who sent files and how many.
• Your Request Files list updates the upload count for that link.
• The link's Transfers tab shows the new upload as soon as it's ready to view.
• If our virus scan is still checking the files, the new row shows a Scanning… chip; it clears on its own once the scan completes.
• Outgoing transfers update live too — download counts, status changes (active, in grace period, expired) and recipient changes appear without reloading the page.

Email notifications

Even when you're not on the site, you'll get an email each time someone sends you files through a Request Files link. You can turn this off per link in the link's settings if you'd rather not be emailed for that one.

People who upload to your link always get a delivery confirmation email so they know it went through.

If your account runs out of space

If your plan's storage is full when someone tries to upload, we send you a single "storage full" notice instead of one email per attempt. Once you free up space (by deleting transfers, or by upgrading your plan), new uploads can come in again.
