Managing transfers received through a link
Files that arrive through a Request Files link live under that link rather than in your regular My Transfers list — that way your outgoing transfers and the ones you've received stay separate.
The Transfers tab
Open the link in your Request Files list and switch to the Transfers tab. You'll see one row for each upload, with the sender's name and email, how many files they sent, the total size, and how long the transfer has left before it expires. Each row offers a few actions:
- Message — opens the title and note the sender left for you (shown only when they actually added something).
- Download — downloads the whole transfer as a single zip to your computer.
- See files — opens a file browser where you can preview the structure and download individual files or folders.
- Delete — removes the transfer and frees the space it was using. The sender will see it marked as "Deleted by recipient" in their Sent tab.
Deleting the whole link
If you delete the Request Files link itself, every upload received through it is removed and the link URL stops working straight away. People who had uploaded to it will see those transfers marked as "Deleted by recipient" in their Sent tab.
For people who upload to your link
Senders can always find what they sent you in their own Sent tab and re-open it later, as long as you still have the transfer in your account.
